Ruger Vaquero Grips (XR3 Red)

Ruger introduced the redesigned "XR3-Red" gripframe in 1962 to replace the XR3.  This is the most common Ruger single action gripframe and these grips will fit single-action revolvers without the internal lock.

  • Ruger® New Model Single-Six® and Super Single Six (post 1962) ,
  • Ruger® Single-Ten®,
  • New Model Blackhawk®,WILL NOT FIT 50th Anniversary Blackhawk®, Hunter models, or blued models manufactured after 2005 with XR00305 grip frame.  WILL NOT FIT Flat Top Blackhawks. 
  • New Model Super Blackhawk® with the round trigger guard only 
  • Ruger Vaquero® (with serial numbers beginning with 50-XXXXX). WILL NOT FIT Ruger Vaquero® with serial numbers beginning with 510-XXXXX.  WILL NOT FIT Ruger New Vaquero®, Bisley™ Vaquero, or Bird's Head Vaquero
  • Fits Ruger New Vaquero - .44 Magnum ONLY
  • Ruger Old Army
  • Ruger Hawkeye
